One account. Everyone in.
Kids under 13 have no e-mail address and should not need one. With collabDoo the account belongs to an adult; kids, grandparents and guests are profiles in the household and switch with a PIN – on their own device or on the shared tablet in the kitchen.

Everyone sees what fits them
Owner & admin
Create tasks, knowledge, groups, goals and rewards, manage members and PINs, confirm completions.
Member
Adults with their own account: see everything, maintain knowledge and objects, complete and take tasks.
Child
Profile without an account, switch by PIN (or without a PIN for the little ones). Sees the simple view: own tasks and goals – nothing else.
Guest
Grandma helps until Sunday, the temporary flatmate until month end: guests have an end date and only get suitable tasks.
Kitchen tablet
An iPad in the kitchen shows the profile grid; whoever is on tap themselves, enter the PIN and tick off. Widgets show the same profile.
Safely locked
PINs are stored encrypted; after five failed attempts the profile is briefly locked. Kids cannot manage anything, confirm anything or hand over to anyone outside their group.

Two tabs: Today with a big header, avatar and one big focus card with a picture, below it “coming up” and “up for grabs”. My goals shows their own, the group and the household goals as big rings with the reward behind them – other people’s personal goals are not shown.

Personal
Own background, own avatar
Nine avatar presets and 16 backgrounds – or your own photo. By default every member gets a different avatar.
The backgrounds sit behind the glass cards of the simple view. If you like, use a photo of yourself or the pet.
Privacy for kids
No child login with e-mail. Ever.
Child profiles have no account, no e-mail, no password and no login of their own. They only exist within the parent account’s household. Delete a profile or the household and the child’s photos and completions are gone too. More under privacy & security.
