Board, flowers, tidying, trash, ventilation – redistributing every week costs time and causes arguments. collabDoo rotates duties fairly through the class, reminds those on duty and turns reliability into a class goal: ten school days without a missed duty, and there is a movie lesson.

Pupils without accounts
The teacher holds the account, the class consists of profiles with PINs. No e-mail addresses, no sign-up by minors.
Class tablet
A tablet on the teacher’s desk shows the profile grid. Whoever is on duty taps themselves, enters the PIN and ticks off.
Rotation on school days
Duties rotate automatically – daily or weekly, on school days only. Anyone absent is skipped.
A how-to for every duty
“Board duty” with steps: wipe wet, wring out the sponge, top up chalk. “Feed the class pet” with quantities.
Class fund
Collect and log contributions, count the fund with a reading and post the balance – traceable for parents and class.
Class goal
“Class: 400 points this month” or “10 school days without a missed duty” – the class helps pick the reward.
Groups
Table groups, buddy pairs, class council
Groups like “table group 3” or “class council” get their own duties and group goals. Buddy tasks let two pupils do the weekly classroom clean together – one completion, points for both.

Privacy at school
First names are enough. Servers in Germany.
For a pupil profile collabDoo only needs a display name and an avatar – no e-mail, no date of birth, no photo. Data is stored on servers in Germany, without ads or tracking. At the end of the school year the teacher deletes the household completely. Please clear the use with your school management and the school’s data protection officer.
